Before your order ships, it goes through a necessary preparation phase. This “handling” or “processing” time is distinct from the carrier’s transit time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment authorization is confirmed. This timeframe allows our team to meticulously pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment with the care it deserves.
Factors That Can Affect Processing Time:

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships (not from the date you place the order). Transit times begin after you receive your “Your Order Has Shipped” email with tracking.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

P.O. Boxes: Can only be serviced by USPS. If you select a non-USPS shipping method to a P.O. Box, we will automatically downgrade it to USPS Priority Mail, and you will be refunded any price difference.

APO/FPO/DPO (Military Addresses): We support shipping to U.S. military bases worldwide via USPS. These shipments are treated as domestic orders for pricing but are subject to military mail transit times, which can be longer and less predictable. Please use the standard “Military Address” format.
Tracking Your Domestic Order:
As soon as your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also find this information in your account on our website under “Order History.”
IV. International Shipping

International Shipping Carriers & Methods:
International orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class International Package, USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide, or DHL International. The service offered is based on destination, value, and weight.
Estimated Delivery Times (International):
International transit times are estimates and highly variable. They do not include time spent in customs clearance in the destination country.

Important Notes on International Deliveries:

Do&Ca Pet LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We declare the full commercial value of the contents on customs forms as required by law. Please contact your local customs office for information on potential fees before ordering.

Customs Delays: Packages can be held by customs for inspection, which can add significant, unpredictable delays (weeks in some cases). This is outside of our control.

Restricted Items: Some countries prohibit the import of certain grooming products (e.g., aerosols, certain chemicals). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the products ordered can be legally imported into their country. We are not liable for packages seized or destroyed by customs.
Tracking International Orders:
You will receive a tracking number. However, tracking detail may be less granular for some international services (e.g., USPS First Class International) until the package reaches the destination country and is scanned by the local postal service.
V. Shipping Costs & Calculations
How Shipping Costs Are Determined:
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the following factors:

Free shipping offers apply only to the contiguous United States and to the standard shipping service level. Expedited or international shipping is not included in free shipping promotions unless explicitly stated.
Shipping to Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas:
Some remote locations (e.g., parts of Alaska, Hawaii, islands, or rural international destinations) may incur additional shipping surcharges imposed by the carrier. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
VI. Delivery, Issues, & Liabilities
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries:

Carriers will typically make 1-3 delivery attempts. If no one is available, they will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete shipping address and to be available to receive the package or make arrangements for pickup.

Packages returned to us as “Undeliverable” due to an incorrect/insufficient address, failure to pay import duties, or failure to pick up from the local post office/carrier depot will be refunded for the product cost only. Original shipping costs and any return shipping fees will be deducted.
Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Do&Ca Pet LLC is no longer responsible for it. If you did not receive a delivered package, you must:

Check with household members, neighbors, and building management.

Check around your property (porch, garage, etc.).

Contact your local post office or carrier depot with the tracking number.

File a police report if theft is suspected.

If the carrier confirms a package was lost in transit (never delivered), we will file a claim and, upon carrier confirmation, either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages:

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, note this with the delivery driver if possible.

If the contents are damaged, take clear photographs of both the exterior shipping box and the damaged product immediately.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at bangmai88@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and will handle the carrier claim process ourselves.
Change of Address After Order Placement:
Contact us immediately at bangmai88@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If it has shipped, we cannot change the destination. You may need to contact the carrier directly to attempt an intercept (fees apply) or wait for the package to be returned to us to re-ship (additional shipping charges will apply).
